I have spent almost two decades in work winning, supporting organisations to win complex, high-value opportunities. My career has been built in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where clarity, structure, and the ability to perform under pressure are essential. 

I am known for bringing calm, structure, and clarity to the bid process, helping teams focus on what matters most and moving forward with confidence. 

Alongside this, my own ADHD diagnosis gave me a deeper understanding of the relationship between performance, clarity, and sustainability in demanding professional environments. This led me to train as an ADHD coach, allowing me to support professionals in building ways of working that reduce friction and enable consistent, confident performance.

Everything I do is grounded in real-world experience. Whether supporting a critical bid or an individual professional, my focus is on helping people and organisations operate at their full potential.

I have nearly 20 years experience in work winning. My background in marketing, business development, and service delivery means I understand not only what is required to win bids, but how to develop credible, deliverable solutions that work for individuals, teams and your organisation.
